Not by the photos —
we look for a home that fits your life
Nara Education's settling-in service is consulting, not a real estate agency. We don't give legal advice, sign contracts on your behalf or handle money — we check things with you and go along with you.
When you need it
- Moving abroad with two childrenMother AShe doesn't know where to start, can't judge a flat from photos alone, and a contract in Spanish feels daunting.
- Preparing for football training in MadridFather BHis foreign income is hard to get recognised, and he can't tell whether requests for an extra deposit or a bank guarantee are normal.
- Long-term stay with the familyMother CThe NIE, a bank account, proof-of-income documents and the language barrier all worry her at once.
Home-finding services
Choose only what you need. From Inspection up to Premium, Nara Education does more of the work with you.
- On-site inspection of independently found housing

- Detailed inspection of water pressure, lighting, furniture, and facilities condition
- Photo and video report delivery
- Real estate agency fees not included (customer responsibility)

- Neighbourhood guidanceWe explain commutes, safety, local amenities and the pros and cons of each area.
- Searching and comparing listingsWe compare flats, townhouses and detached houses on realistic terms.
- Viewings and inspectionsWe inspect the home in person and share photos and videos so you can decide before signing.

- Key handover and airport pick-upWe confirm the deposit and key handover and help you get there on arrival day.※ We don't handle money or act as a party to the contract
