  1. 1. Service provider

    The Website and the consultation service are provided by SOTO LAB SL. (Nara Education · NARADocs). Operator information is available in the Legal notice. Contact: info@naraeducation.com

  2. 2. Purpose

    These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using naraeducation.com (the “Website”), operated by Nara Education.

  3. 3. Services provided

    • Information on schools, finding housing and settling in Spain
    • A comparison tool for international schools and language schools
    • Receiving and answering free consultation requests

  4. 4. Accuracy of information

    Information such as school tuition fees, class hours, class sizes and rent ranges for housing reflects what Nara Education checked at a given time and may change depending on the circumstances of schools and landlords. Please confirm the latest details through a consultation before making a decision.

    Decisions on whether a visa is granted are made by the Spanish embassy. Nara Education does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.

  5. 5. Consultations and paid services

    Consultations through the Website are free of charge. For paid services, such as the housing search service, the scope, fees and refund conditions are explained separately after the consultation, and the service is provided only if the user agrees.

  6. 6. User obligations

    • Users must not submit enquiries using another person’s information.
    • Users must not copy the texts, photos or design of the Website for commercial use without permission.
    • Users must not use automated access or mass submissions that interfere with the operation of the Website.

  7. 7. Limitation of liability

    Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Nara Education is not liable for damages arising from the decisions or circumstances of other parties, such as schools, landlords or embassies. The same applies where the Website cannot be used due to events beyond Nara Education’s control, such as natural disasters or network failures.

  8. 8. Changes to these terms

    If these terms change, the change will be announced on the Website at least 7 days before it takes effect. Changes that are unfavourable to users will be announced 30 days in advance.

  9. 9. Dispute resolution

    These terms are governed by Spanish law. However, users residing in the Republic of Korea retain all rights granted to them by Korean consumer protection legislation, and in the event of a dispute they may bring an action before the competent court of their place of residence (including the courts of the Republic of Korea).
