Refund policy if your visa is refused
If an official rejection letter is received at least 15 days before the start date, "the school will refund the total amount paid minus an administrative fee of €200." [School confirmation needed: unclear whether 'receives' refers to the school or the student receiving it, and whether the 15 days are calendar days.] If received later, an additional 2 weeks of the course (and accommodation if booked) will be deducted. [School confirmation needed: if received late, whether the €200 administrative fee is also deducted (the phrasing 'additionally' suggests this may be the case, but it is not explicitly stated), whether only 2 weeks of accommodation are deducted, and how the 2-week amount is calculated remain unclear.] (p.12.8)
