About the school
We aim for an original teaching methodology that goes beyond language to learn Spanish culture and art together. Our faculty is composed largely of instructors with humanistic training, and through outdoor classes linked to Madrid's museums and historical sites as well as various cultural activities, we add depth to Spanish language learning.
The school is located in a historic building near the "Street of Art," where world-renowned art museums are gathered. With the Congress and the Prado Museum adjacent to it, the entire neighborhood has an elegant and intellectual atmosphere, making it ideal for experiencing the quiet and classical Madrid.

Refund policy if your visa is refused
To receive a refund of the deposit, you must notify TANDEM MADRID in writing of the cancellation. You must include the visa rejection documents and notify the school at least 15 days before the course start date. The conditions of Section 7 apply. That is, the course deposit of €200 will not be refunded. For a refund of the advance payment, TANDEM MADRID must be notified of the cancellation in writing (with the refusal document, at least 15 days before the course start). Same conditions as point 7 apply, i.e. the €200 course deposit is non-refundable.
